This was neither a heart attack or a stroke. This is a Cardiac Arrest. Ventricular Fibrillation. The electrical signals in the ventricles of the heart suddenly become rapid and chaotic. Blood stops pumping. Loss of consciousness comes in seconds and then death within 2 or 3 minutes unless cardioversion is performed with the shock paddles. You'll notice that he makes a gesture at his chest and sort of straightens his body when he feels the arrhythmia begin. Had it been a massive stroke he would not have felt it in his chest.
